We do our best to offer you the best wristbands and service to meet your expectations. However, if for some reason you were not satisfied with your purchase, we kindly ask you to contact our sales support team for direct assistance.
Customisation options may vary depending on the material and size. There may be additional fees for producing the films and plates. Special customisation may also affect delivery times.
How can I add my own text?
After selecting your wristband type and your desired option(s) of customisation, you will be able to insert, just before you pay online, your comments and instructions on how you want to customise your wristband.
How can I add an image on my wristband?
If you want to upload an image or a logo for your wristband, you will be prompted, just before paying online, to e-mail us your illustrations. Once we receive them, we will send you back an artwork approval which will give you an overview of your future wristband.
2. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are in GBP, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
We only accept payments per credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard). Please note that we do NOT accept PayPal payments any more.
We will charge you once we dispatch your order. Please note that we only accept payments from customers with a valid UK credit card.
We guarantee safe online transactions. Your payment information will be encrypted and transmitted via an Ogone secure server. In any case, we do not store credit card information.
We offer discounts on large orders. If you order more than 50 boxes of a product, please contact our sales team for an individual price offer.
VIP®Band wristbands are invoiced out of Belgium by PDC Europe and are therefore liable to Belgian VAT of 21%. Companies with a valid VAT number will be exempt from tax. The VAT number will be demanded during the check-out process.
VIP®Band e-shop may offer price promotions for a limited time and product contingent. By consequence, prices and availability may differ between the product page and the order confirmation page.
3. Delivery

Wristbands purchased via VIP®Band e-Shop will be delivered within the UK only. Customers from outside the UK are invited to pass their order via VIP®Band e-Shops in Belgium, France, Germany and Spain. If your home country is not listed above, please contact our sales team which will refer you to one of our international resellers.
VIP®Band e-Shop is committed to delivering wristbands in the shortest time possible. Depending on the product, delivery times usually range from 48h to 3 weeks, starting from the moment your order has been confirmed. The delivery time is based on wristband type, customisation requirements and season.
Bulk orders of different products will be shipped within maximum 3 weeks.
VIP®Band e-Shop charges a dedicated fee for each shipment. Delivery rates are related to order volume. VIP®Band e-Shop offers free shipping for orders of £100 or above in product value (VAT and customisation fees not included). The total shipping charge will be displayed on your “cart” page, before you submit your order.
All wristbands will be delivered to you by UPS.

4. After-sales Service

All returns for credit require written authorisation from VIP®Band e-Shop. To process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, contact us. Custom products may not be returned. Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition. Authorised returns must be received by VIP®Band e-Shop within 10 working days from date of issue. Precision Dynamics will allow returns under the following conditions:
1. When ordered in error and if returned in less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight prepaid by the customer. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
2. When shipped in error by VIP®Band e-Shop, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for full credit, including freight.
